FINISH ALONG 2014
Welcome to the Finish Along 2014. This year I have picked up the baton from Leanne, following Rhonda’s original idea back in 2012.
This year I’ll help you tackle those UFOs—unfinished sewing and knitting projects—by offering motivation, a fun quarterly link-up and a great lineup of prizes for every completed project.
Rules
- At the start of each quarter, link up your proposed finish list to be eligible for the prize draws.
- Projects must be tangible at the quarter’s start—e.g., fabric with pattern, quilt top, or half-knit jumper.
- When you complete a project, share a dedicated blog post or Flickr description.
- At quarter’s end, link each finish post or Flickr image. Each link earns one entry into the draw.
- A “finish” means a fully completed, usable item (quilted & bound quilt, fully lined bag, wearable jumper).
- You may roll unfinished projects into the next quarter; no penalty for incomplete lists.
- All qualifying finishes go into a prize draw sponsored by our generous donors.
- The finish link party runs for one week, then the next quarter opens the following day.
- Tutorial Week runs during each finish link party. Email me if you’d like to contribute.
- The Finish Along is open to anyone, anywhere in the world.
